1. General Information

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing of personal data
obtained via the website wikingaxe.com
(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The owner of the Website and at the same time the Data Controller is Dominik Kubat,
hereinafter referred to as the Controller.

Personal data collected by the Controller via the Website
are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data
and on the free movement of such data,
and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

The Controller takes special care to respect the privacy
of Clients visiting the Website.

2. Types of processed data, purposes, and legal basis

The Controller collects information concerning:

  • natural persons performing legal acts not directly related to their business activity,
  • natural persons conducting business or professional activity in their own name,
  • natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units without legal personality.

Clients’ personal data are collected when using the contact form service
on the Website in order to perform a contract provided electronically.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

When using the contact form, the Client provides:

  • email address
  • first name
  • phone number

While using the Website, additional information may be collected,
in particular: IP address, domain name, browser type, access time,
operating system type.

Navigation data may also be collected from Clients, including information
about links and references they choose to click.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest.

Providing personal data is voluntary.

3. Data recipients and retention period

3.1 Processors

The Controller uses service providers who process personal data solely
on the Controller’s instructions, in particular: hosting, accounting, marketing, analytics.

3.2 Controllers

The Controller also uses entities that independently determine the purposes
and means of data processing, in particular payment operators and banks.

Service providers are mainly based in Poland and EEA countries.

3.3 Data retention period

  • Data processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn and thereafter
    for the period of limitation of claims.
  • Data processed for the performance of a contract – for the duration of the contract
    and after its termination for the period of limitation of claims.

If a request is made, the Controller provides data to authorized
state authorities.

4. Cookies mechanism and IP address

The Website uses cookies stored on the user’s end device.

Types of cookies

  • Session cookies – deleted after the session ends
  • Persistent cookies – stored until they are deleted

Purposes of cookies

  • analysis of Website usage statistics,
  • improving the structure and content of the Website,
  • displaying Google Maps.

The Controller may collect IP addresses for technical, statistical,
and security purposes.

5. Rights of data subjects

The Client has the right to withdraw consent, object, erase data, restrict
processing, access data, rectify data, and transfer data.

The Controller fulfills requests no later than within one month of their receipt.

The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy may be changed without the obligation to inform Clients.
